Could you please elaborate a bit? Is the licence key not working for you?
Also, there is no FV Player Pro licence associated with the account you are using in this thread. Please, let us know the domain name you are trying to renew for, or the e-mail address it is associated with, so that we could take a look at the issue.

Alternatively, try manually grabbing the key from https://foliovision.com/my-licenses and re-inserting it.
