Wont let me renew

Hey, I’m trying to renew my license for $28 but PayPal is giving me an error https://i.imgur.com/V58uOsw.png
I’ve tried logging out of paypal, used a different browser and it’s always the same error, so it’s not on my end.

Can you please fix this so I can renew for $28? I really can’t afford to spend double the amount tomorrow and will have to look for an alternative.
