Multiple videos on one page – don’t stop the other one, but pause

Also Im not even sure if this is possible but while we on the topic of FlowPlayer.. is there any way when 2 players are on the same page they dont restart from the begging when the other player is played. it should either pause itself on that point or keep playing until the user chooses to pause.
