Hello Gbrother,
perhaps you used a wrong key or a oAuth1 key instead of oAuth2 key. Please follow our Vimeo guide: https://foliovision.com/player/how-to-use-vimeo-pro
Thanks,
Martin
Many times, I did put access token..
In the manual…
“4.Go to oAuth2 tab and click the “Generate Token” button and copy your your access token.”
I did create a app then I can’t find oAuth2 tab anywhere….
I can see only Details, Authentication tab.
I did paste Access token code in the Authentication tab.
Did I put in a wrong position?
Hello Gbrother,
after you create the app and you are on URL like https://developer.vimeo.com/apps/{number} you should see “Basic”, “OAuth” and “OAuth2” tabs above your app name and logo.
Are you using Vimeo Plus or Vimeo Pro?
Thanks,
Martin
After testing, this message keeps coming “vimeo key check faild”.
But when I put bottom code in wp-config.php file and make admin page to https, all of videos can’t played.
define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, true);
define(‘FORCE_SSL_LOGIN’, true);
When I delete those code, they play well.
I want to use ssl for admin page’s safety but I can’t because of flow player doesnt work.
Hi, FolioVision team. This afternoon, my Vimeo Pro API access token started having issues…same error as described above. I’ve created a new token within the same Vimeo API App but that didn’t work. I also created a new Vimeo App and generated a new token for that app…again, no luck. My token and original Vimeo API App have been working since March of this year, but just started having issues.
Was there a recent update to either the Foliovision plugin or Vimeo API that might be creating this issue? Thanks!!
