    Hello,

    I updated the plugin and noticed a random button appearing next to the transcript search next and previous button in the transcription box. Is this a bug on my end? Or what is this button meant to do?

    Can you please advise?

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    The button next to the Transcript search Next/Previous buttons is not a bug. It serves to roll up and elegantly hide the Interactive Transcript box, giving the users the freedom to show the box only when they need it.

    Hello Chiara,

    Thanks for clearing things up. Is it a beta feature? Because when I am on desktop and I click to toggle it doesn’t work on my end. But it works on mobile.

    Hi Kendell,

    Do you have the same issue when you’re on desktop on our demo page or only on your website? Could you also send us your user agent information, please?

    If this is happening only on your website, would it be possible to provide us a link to the video with problematic transcript box button?

    Hi Kendell,

    I just wanted to ask if you still have any issues with the Interactive Transcript toggle button?

    The button to collapse the box is now a part of the latest FV Player Pro 7.4.40.727 version.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I just had the chance to check and it seem as though the issue is still the same (No collapse of the transcript). Meanwhile I have it hidden.

    Is there a way I can submit the link and screenshot privately?

    Hi Kendell,

    We received your screenshot and link to a problematic Interactive Transcript. I can see that the buttons within the box are not responding.

    Could you please try some basic troubleshooting steps of switching to a default WordPress theme? If this doesn’t help, you can try to deactivate your plugins one by one to see if there’s any conflict causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please let us know and our development team would have a closer look.
