    Hi there,
we are using your very last version of FV Player and FV Player PRO.

Since this morning, videos (hosted by Vimeo) are no more available. Message shown:
HTML5: Video File not found – Can’t parse the request variable!

I’d try to de-activate all plugins, without success. Video are available on Vimeo and the runs on their platform.

    May you further help us?

    Kind Regards

    Hi encodia,

Thanks for all the valuable information. We’re currently investigating on what is causing these parsing issues with Vimeo videos. It seems like Vimeo has suddenly changed some of their settings.

We’re constantly working to fix these issues as soon as possible. We’ll keep you posted and inform you about the process throughout the day.

Thanks for the patience we’re trying our best,
    Juraj
