BunnyCDN can’t uploud videos from library

Foliovision › Forums › FV Player › Bug Reports › BunnyCDN can’t uploud videos from library

  • yairbr 3 years, 1 month ago

    Hello

I made the connection using Bunny Stream.
A new option of all the videos in Bunny Stream has been added to the site’s media library. The problem is that there is no button to upload a new video as there is in your documentation.

    what can we do?

    Hello yairbr,

thank you for reaching out to us!

Just to clarify, do I understand correclty that you are able to see and use the videos already in your Bunny Stream library, but cannot add new ones via FV Player? Or are you not able to see any videos in the Bunny Stream tab of the media library?

    Thanks,
    Maria

    Hello yairbr,

so the “Upload to Bunny Stream” button does not appear at all in the Bunny Stream tab as seen in https://foliovision.com/player/video-hosting/bunny-stream-player-integration -> “3. Either click the Upload to Bunny Stream button” ?

Please let us know what browser you are using.

Please let us know if you use any other plugin which enhances the WordPress Media Library. Would it be possible to try on a staging website with other plugins disabled?

Other option would be to enable the browser JavaScript console (here’s how https://foliovision.com/player/troubleshooting/javascript-browser-console), then load the page with your editor again and open FV Player Editor. See if any error appeared on the console or if it appears when you open the Bunny Stream tab.

    Thanks,
    Martin
