I’m working at a staging website (https://nl.robotphi.otap1.sier.online/videoclips/), but after closing a video and re-opening the audio is broken and the video can’t be paused anymore. I think the video should be re-initialized of something. Any idea?

This seems to likely be a plugin incompatibility. If you can, try going down the list of your plugins and temporarily disabling them to see, if the issues get fixed at some point.
Also, are you using any page builder?
