Hi, I’d really like to make this plugin work but I can’t figure out why the video is not playing, only the audio. It’s a mp4 file. However the video and audio both play perfectly on a mobile device.

I found the problem, it was not encoded in H264, but now it works perfectly on computer, but the problem is with mobile, no video and no audio, and no play button.
Hi Frank,
Could you please take a look on the Video Checker report from that video and take a screenshot of it? It is possible that you are using some kind of unusual H264 encoding profile.
