I tried to visit the http://www.whatismyuseragent.com but seems the service is HTTP Error 403.14- Forbidden. I may try it later.I found that my Galaxy S3 and Tablet 10.1 can play the MP4 video file ( which stored in the root directory) in Wifi connection, but when I turn off the wifi and switched to 4G, the video file could not be played. and pop up the error message: html5: video file not found and the link of the video.

I can watch the video in pc but cannot watch it in my Samsung Galaxy S3 ( Android) device.
I got an error message “htmls:video file not found”The video size is small just 4M and seems the path in the palyer is correct.
