I got an error message in wordpress 3.91 when push “save all change” button in the player save up page.The player is newly installed.

I can watch the video in pc but cannot watch it in my Samsung Galaxy S3 ( Android) device.
I got an error message “htmls:video file not found”The video size is small just 4M and seems the path in the palyer is correct.

you should be checking the CSS for span elements – the playlist uses span for the thumbnails.
If you know a bit of CSS and you can provide a tip about what CSS property is causing this, we are happy to fix the issue in our plugin.

That’s really the only thing holding me back from buying the pro license. It appears to be with my theme which is a Genesis child theme. When I switch to a default wordpress theme, it works fine. I’ll do some more searching and see what I can find.
