Apologies for my hasty reaction. I was impatient.
I could not get a copy of your plugin from elsewhere.
I wanted to transfer the license so I can remove the watermark.
Now there was no point in transferring the license to new domain as I still have to purchase the plugin again.Sorry to bother you with all this.

I just noticed that you are avoiding the question of downloading the pro version.
At least let me know I am not allowed to get the pro version so I can know what to do. Instead you ignore me.
Please respond so I know if I should purchase the pro version for new website or you can help me so I can download the pro version and use my license on the new website.

Thank you for the transfer. I can now see my license in my account.
I thought there would be a link to download the fv player pro so I can install it on the new domain.
I can still update the fv player pro on the gospelkeyseasy.co.uk/gketc domain so I am thinking this means that I should still be able to download a fresh copy to install on my new domain.
In fact the only reason I need the pro version is so I can remove the fv player watermark on the videos.Thank you.

I have another question.
How can I ensure that my FV player is at best performance while using it with Jetpack VideoPress?Sometimes when a video is playing and you skip to say half of the video, it just keeps loading till you skip to another part of the video; only after doing this can you now choose to skip to any other part of the video without having to wait for video to load and keep playing.

Thanks for your reply. I am using Elementor and I only used Elementor video embed tools to embed the video. I don’t see how elementor could have associated the video embed with fv player. Even after trying YouTube embed code, FV player still grabs it and skins the video. Please help
