Okay.
All the problem videos were uploaded to Vimeo from an external hard drive.
I will first copy it to my computer and then upload it back to VimeoOkay. In case it serves someone. I found it too coincidental that the users who couldn’t play the videos live in Austria and Denmark. I discovered that our WEB hosting server blocked certain accesses from non-Spanish speaking countries, I unblocked them and everything works !!!!!
Ok. I will try to investigate what happens
Sorry. I’ve corrected link. Try to enter now.
They cannot see any video. Same error: “html5 Video file not found. Please reload the page and try again.”
Hello Martin
I set this video as hidden on Vimeo. And I uploaded it days ago.
My users who could not access the videos use Chrome, Edge and Firefox as browsers. I also asked what operating system is installed on their devices. One has Windows and another hasn’t answered yet.
The first user lives in Austria. And he could not play the video on any device: mobile, ipad, computer.
I don’t know if this information can help you.
The other is the same. It does not play on any of the devices you have.
Were you able to enter the example link I sent you?Hello Martin
No. They are exclusive videos for my subscribers. For example. 444794043.
I configured the domain within the vimeo environment as you mentioned in the instructions.
For example: midomain.com I changed it 345678midomain.com
And I noted it in “Alternative Referer” in the FV Player settings.
The weird thing is that most of my users can easily see all the videos. And only some cannot play any of the videos.Thank you,
WoolHi. I have the same problem with some users. Videos do not play. Change FV Player Pro to Beta. And I have it updated to the latest version. But I don’t know if it’s some Firewall option that doesn’t let them play. Most of my users can watch the videos without any problem.
