Vimeo thumbnails have disappeared.

Hi. This morning I discovered that the Vimeo thumbnails are no longer displaying. I have the alternate domain configured in the FV Player options. When I put the real domain in the Vimeo settings, the thumbnail appears. But when I delete it and leave only the fake one (from FVPlayer) it shows the typical Vimeo miniature, with colored stripes.
Videos play normally. But the thumbnails I save to Vimeo have been changed to colored stripes.

Hello Lana,

please upgrade to FV Player Pro 7.5.5.727 (unless you are already on Beta of that version) and then use the “Refresh splash screens and durations” button in Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Hosting -> Vimeo.

It should solve the issues unless you use the old [fvplayer src="..." splash="..."] shortcodes. Please let us know.

you will also have to enable Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Integrations/Compatibility -> Scan video length.
