unfortunately User-Agent string won’t be useful. It happens with ALL Android devices (One Plus 6, Honor, Huawei…), on Facebook App Browser (so, not Google Chrome as you wrote, I thought I was clear in my previous post, sorry it’s my bad english).As I wrote, it happens with AND without ADS:
1) with pre-roll: you can see the video ads, you can’t heard audio, you can’t view the video.
2) without pre-roll: you can see the video, you can’t heard audio.I hope I was clearer.

I think I found the problem.In the wp_fv_player_players we have the first record contains this “videos”: 34,29,33,32,30
BUT
in wp_fv_player_videos there is not a “#29 id” record… I manually removed “29” from videos column and… the magic. It works.

we did activate WP_DEBUG off course… and no log were saved, and we didn’t found any PHP error on nginx log or php-fpm log. I will try to debug step-by-step… I have no other ideas!

we did upgrade and use the Beta branch, through the select input field.https://…/wp-admin/admin.php?page=fv_player (please hide the URL) returns a not complete page, with no PHP errors (not founds in any log).
May you help us please? I could give you our credentials, if needed to whatch yourselves.

Thank you Martin, let me say also “pre-roll ads” has problem on that kind of devices and also on Samsung S7.

the device in which we test our pages (with Chrome it runs, with default browser not) uses Android 4.4.4
I needed to use another service for retrieve the user agent, due the fact SSL/TLS version is outdated:
Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 4.4.4; en-us; GT-I9060I Build/KTU84P) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/534.30
We are using VIMEO as video hosting.
Samsung GT-I9060I (Galaxy Grand Neo)I did disable pre-roll and post-roll ADS on this video: (if possible please don’t publish this URL for SEO reasons)
