Hi every time we fast forward a video on our site, the sound goes out of sync. Is there a setting I can set in the backend to fix this? this is only on on IOS.

We have tested the videos on your website and can confirm the issue.
There were several users experiencing similar issues regarding MP4 video playback on iOS devices. This is an iOS bug present since iOS 13.
Sadly, as this is a device issue, there is not much we can do about fixing it. We can, however, help you with making sure that your videos will play reliably in the future.It would be best, if you tried looking into encoding your videos to ensure all devices and browsers will play it effortlessly.

However, there also is a much less confusing and more cost efficient alternative to MediaConvert, called Coconut.co.
