How do I permanently display title over playlist thumbnails, and flash when next

Video titles are really important to show over playlist thumbnails, as well as flash like the spash shows when changing videos. How do I do this?

Also, nowplay takes to long to fade in? Is there a 0s option so it is immediate?

I see that this is part of the skin settings, going to 2017. Consider this resolved.
