my playlist is showing under the main video, but only shows the caption. I tryed 2017, 2014 and my preference 2017 with captions. Neither one shows thumbnails.
I use the free version player.
Now I must see that all my videos in the library also don’t show thumbnails

please look up the player in wp-admin -> FV Player and use the export function to send us the player data. Are you sure the splash screen URLs are all set there?

you sent use the System Info which might end up being useful, but we need to see the player export. It’s in wp-admin -> FV Player and shows up when you however over each player instance. It’s not the System Info in wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player.

My videos all come from a joomla 2.5 platform using JWplayer. In the WP setting tab setup from FV at the bottom is a button to convert from JWplayer, I did not use this because I did not know wat it would do.But here te requested data:

the JW Player conversion in FV Player would check your WordPress posts and pages for JW Player shortcodes and convert these.
In your player data export it’s obvious that none of your videos have the Splash images set – hence no images. You need to go through your videos and add these images in. The FV Player screenshot feature will be a big help: https://foliovision.com/2019/07/new-video-thumbnail-generator

I cant find the tab as suggested in the link
missing video.
plse note that the “add thumbnail images” is grey. In the setting menu I cannot find the item to check. Only splash tekst is checked
I have managed by clicking on the individual video to get the menu to add images screenshot to the video. My playlist is now completed, tks for you help.
