I upgraded to the new plugin version yesterday and the lightbox was beautiful! …and the playlist worked just fine.
As I was working on adding more videos, the playlist disappeared.
I spoke to my client’s provider and he did some fixes to the htaccess file (because we were having other plugin issues) and the playlist thumbnails reappeared, but only for a short time.
I just copied all the code to my own website and the thumbnails showed up just fine, so I know it’s not the plugin or its settings. I also changed the theme on my client’s site to make sure it wasn’t the current theme (but that didn’t solve the problem either).
I’m suspecting it has to do with the host (my client is using a local guy) who might I sensed was limited in his WordPress knowledge.
Could someone have a look and perhaps give me a solution I can send to the hosting company? I’m getting extremely frustrated. :(
