Youtube Quality Switching

Hi,

Any way to have the quality switch toggle of youtube videos appear in the player? The adaptive quality is very unstable, even with a good internet, the video just stuck playing in 360p even when the highest quality is 1080p. Hope you could do something about it. Thanks

thank you for reaching out to us. I’m afraid there is no way to be able to manually toggle quality switching on YouTube videos.

Hello Carlos,

unfortunately the YouTube IFrame Player API stopped supporting manual quality switching in October 2019 and there is no change regarding that: https://developers.google.com/youtube/iframe_api_reference#Revision_History
