We have installed the FV Player Pro plugin on our site. The videos get loaded completely and get started but suddenly get paused automatically. Previously, everything was working fine.
We are not able to figure out the issue. Can anyone help me to solve this?

Is that a HLS stream?
What browser are you using at what version number on what operating system?
