Hi, I encoded my videos using handbrake following the exact method suggested in the flowplayer userguide. They are mp4, I uploaded them to my amazon s3 account, made sure the content type is set to video/mp4. I used a shortcode to put the video on my site, and the admin video checker says the video is OK.
The video plays fine on chrome and IE, but it doesn’t work on firefox (says unsupported file format). I can deal with it not working on firefox, but I really need my videos to work on mobile devices. When trying to view the video using an iPad or Kindle, I press play, and it just keeps trying to load and never plays. The video I tested is 59MB. Any thoughts on what can be wrong?
