In addition of this problem, some of my contributors, when preview their posts, they see an error inside of a post which does not have any video at all.

it’s actually not the same video on these two pages. The issue is caused by MPEG-DASH, we are checking what’s wrong with it for that first video.
Regarding the PHP warnings – I included a fix for it for the next FV Player release, if you know how to reinstall a plugin from a ZIP file, you can do so even now: https://github.com/foliovision/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/archive/master.zip

Yes, I know, I just wanted to show you flow player works on my website, but only that one has problem.This video was before till last month I suppose. I don’t know what happened, now not works. Thanks.

it’s fixed now, it plays on your website already. We were not counting on a video having just one audio stream quality.
