    Awesome player – The video from Amazon s3 plays well and completely. However after a few hours, the vedeo wont play unless w3 super cache is deleted. I think it is an expiry type problem but can’t solve it. Get the following message :
    Html5: Network error
    https://s3-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/videos-…….mp4?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-
    Date=20170922T235929Z&X-Amz-Expires=7500&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host&X-Amz-
    Signature=f4cf…………..

    Hello Pankaj,

    You should set a default expiration time and turn on the Force default expiration time option in Settings > FV Player Pro > Hosting tab > Amazon S3 Protected Content. Read more about how to set S3 with a caching plugin in step 3 of this guide – Serving Private Videos with Amazon S3.

    FV Player Pro also lets you enable Ajax for Amazon S3, you should be seeing it in the settings. That way the expiration time can be kept low.

    Thanks,
    Eduard

    Hello Pankaj,

    FV Player Pro 0.9.12 has been released. We added some code for Amazon S3 to reload the video if the link expires. It requires that you use the “Amazon S3 Ajax (Pro)” option.

    This new code is in the Beta release, to which you will have to switch to get it working, here’s how: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/switching-fv-player-pro-to-beta

    Thanks,
    Martin
