Undefined index: SERVER_NAME

I am having problems with wordpress the wp-admin is sometimes throwing a error at random times. I got my host to look into it and they said your plugin is causing a error.
This is the error
Undefined index: SERVER_NAME in input_url_here/wp-content/plugins/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/models/flowplayer.php on line 80

Hello smith234,

I put a fix for this into the plugin. Please reinstall the plugin from WordPress.org (you can download the ZIP file or just install it through your website) and let us know if the issues still persists.

I deleted and installed it from wordpress.org. the host said no more errors have shown up now. Ty very much.
