Hello team,
I am using the fvplayer shortcode with ‘playlist’ and ‘vast’ parameters, I am using youtube videos for the playlist, and I am using doubleclick for vast ads.
When I open the videos from a desktop, Ads are showing good, which means the ads are playing at the beginning of each video.
BUT on mobile, the ads are not showing at all.
Could you fix this bug? or should I add any setting?

Hi Rosy,
I was actually not able to see the ad on desktop (I tested it in Chrome and Firefox). What browser were you using? It would help if you could let me know the exact user agent (you can check your user agent at this link).

I checked your site again and it seems that the ads work on Android, but won’t load on iOS. We are currently looking into the issue with iOS, as it seems to be caused by some sort of a bug in our plugin.
I’ll let you know when it’s fixed.

I tested your ads again on our office iPad (iOS 8.1.2), although there were some issues with iPod (iOS 10.3), so we’ll investigate them further tomorrow.

FV Player VAST 0.7.9 is out. We were forced to disable the playback of skipable VAST ads on iOS 10 as that’s there the issue has started. We will be able to enable it once we release FV Player 7 – after some careful testing.
