Splash Page won’t load

Hi guys,
I’m using Version 7.4.9.727 and the Splash image will not load in the admin area. It just spins and gets hungup. Video plays just fine, just has no splash because it can’t seem to grab any frames to choose from. Any one else have this same experience? Tried it on Chrome, Fire, Safari too all same.

I’ve tried disabling almost all other wordpress plugins to trouble shoot. My host is the same server I’ve had when the splash images did work. The change happened when I upgraded the FV Player. So the old videos have splash image but I can’t add any new ones. Thanks
