Splash loading, video not

Hi,

I tested video playback with some of our S3 videos and all worked just fine. I’ve since purchased the Pro add-on and now it’ll load the splash images on my S3 and Vimeo test embeds, but the video player element doesn’t load.

I’ve checked in Safari and Chrome, same on both.

I’ve tried:

– enabling and disabling the MPEG-DASH option
– disabling the Pro and VAST plugins
– disabling all foliovision plugins and re-enabling one by one.
– deactivating all FV plugins and replacing the FV plugin files with the ones held in my account on this site, rather than the files on WordPress (same version number).

Unsure why this has happened when the main change has been adding the pro element. Any help is most welcome.

Only other change is the addition of an analytics plugin.
