I have a playlist of 12 videos that are hosted on AWS S3. Video’s 1, 2, and 8 are playing perfectly… but the rest have no sound. I have checked all the files and they play fine elsewhere. Anyone have any ideas?

Could you please use the built-in Video Checker to analyze the videos with issues? Maybe the problem is in the encoding.
It would also be good if you could send us a link to the playlist, so we can check.

EduardApparently the video checker only checks the first video on a playlist?? I had to go through all 12 with separate short codes to test each. It looks like there are issues with many of the videos… But there aren’t clear guides on how to fix… Do you have a list of recommended encodings, bit rates, and formats??

Yes, the video checker currently checks only one video, but we plan to improve this in the future.
