I received the mail for renewal of the license and having two licenses I paid twice using the same link. But the second license does not expire at this time. So I would not have paid twice for the same license. If so, can you pay my second license when I have to renew it? Thank you so much and sorry for the trouble.

Hi Pier,
If I understand correctly, you have paid for renewing your licenses twice and that gave you two years instead of one and you would like a refund, so you can renew it again in a year? Now your licenses are active until November the 14, 2019.
