Hi,
I just bought the 5 license pro version. When I try to activate the license key by clicking ‘apply pro upgrade’ I get:
“You just upgraded to FV Flowplayer 6 which has a brand new core player version reworked from scratch. The big improvement is the HLS support for all browsers and of course we continue working on more Pro features.
Unfortunatelly your license has expired and your license key works only for the past versions.
You must renew your license to be able to continue using your branding and the FV Player Pro features.”Please help. I have the latest FV Player on mij WordPress installation.

Hello Janneke,
I’m not sure what could be the issue here, but try to install the Pro plugin manually following this guide. I’ve experienced a similar message when deactivating the Pro plugin and reentering the licence key. After activating the Pro plugin again, the message disappeared, so I think that installing it manually should do the trick. We’ll have to take a closer look on this.

Unfortunately this doesn’t make a difference. I then deleted both plugins and downloaded them from my accounts and then installed both zip files and activated them. This also did not solve the problem.
In my Settings tab I also see an old wordpress flowplayer choice (see attachment). Perhaps there is some old code preventing the upgrade?
Also, does it make a difference if I set www. before the domain name in the license manager or not?Hope you can help.

sorry about the inconvenience, could you please try again now?
The whole issue was that your domain was already entered into our system once, but its license has expired in 2015.
