    Hi there,
    I have just purchased your pro software and installed on my WordPress multisite, both of them (FV WordPress Flowplayer and FV Player Pro) are Network activated.

    But then I go on the in the site->Settings–>FV WordPress Flowplayer
    And I see 2 messages: FV WordPress Flowplayer is not installed or activated. Please install it and enter your FV Flowplayer license key.

    And right after that: Thank you for purchasing FV Player license! Pro Pack Installed

    Exactly the same in Settings–>FV Player Pro

    What’s wrong???

    Hello Giovanni,

    please upgrade to FV Player Pro 0.6.3, it should show up in your WP Dashboard shortly. We were not checking the Network Activated plugins, but now we fixed that.

    Now I am trying to setup streaming with Cloudfront, it finds the video but it keeps loading without starting it.
    What could it be?

    Hello Giovanni,

    please let us know more details about your setup. Are you using CloudFront signed URLs? Are you using HTTP or a streaming (RTMP) distribution?

    Yes I use Signed url.
    I tried both http and rtmp same result

    Ok it fixed on his own after creating a brand new.

    But I still find it kind of slow compared to S3 streaming I have on other sites.

    This is the code:

    [fvplayer rtmp="rtmp://....cloudfront.net/cfx/st/" rtmp_path="movies/....mp4"]

    We have 2 issues.

    1) If I use just the rtmp the movies don’t play at all in any browser (Safari, Mozilla, Chrome). But the video checker is OK. I know just rtmp should be more secure

    2) And security is the second problem. I would like my videos to NOT be downloadable at a all or at least very difficult. But just with a simple Firefoy extension the video is easily downloadable….
    How to avoid this?

    Hello Giovanni,

    I’ll look into this, I see the MP4 link works, however I don’t see any signature appended to the URL. It plays for me in a Chromium. The one that doesn’t play is RTMP.

    Hello Giovanni,

    it appears you entered “d3….c.cloudfront.net” for the Access Key ID instead of the actual Access Key ID. Please check our guide (step 5.) to see how to get it:https://foliovision.com/player/serving-private-cloudfront

    Hi Martin,
    sorry for the delay but I didn’t receive a notification this time.

    No it is not like you say I have followed the guide.

    I can send you a screenshot of the settings under Cloudfront (Pro) section (can I email you?)

    They are correct and the proof is that the html distribution works (same access credential) it is just something on the rtmp….

    Meanwhile I have set up a temporary version of cloudfront distribution without the restrict access protection and with html not rtmp.

    Works great but obviously I want to switch to the rtmp on asap.
    Let me know if I can send you my configurations elsewhere.

    Hi Giovanni,

    The pro license only works on the domain and subdomains. If you put your dev domain on a sub domain you’ll be fine.
