I just bought the pro version. Following the instructions in the documents. But no matter what I do, the player doesn’t change from “Apply Pro Upgrade”. I’ve doubled checked the license key. I’ve deleted it and re-installed it. I’ve signed out and signed in again. I’ve verified the correct domain is listed in the right box. When I click on the “Apply Pro Upgrade” the wheel spins for about two seconds, then it still says “Apply Pro Upgrade.”
What am I missing?
