i am intersted in buying your fv player pro for wordpress
so that i did download the free vergion to test it
i like it but i found some problem with it if you can solve it to me please1- the player start working the video fine then after some minutes player stops to preduce the video and
the image of the video stop and froz on the screen2- the player is come to my page In reverse i send an attachment to see how
maybe becuse i use wordpress in arabic languge3- it dosnt support subtittles in .srt in arabic languge i mean utf-8 character encoding
4- when i push on check template in the plug in these errore come to me

It appears there are no Flowplayer scripts on your site, your videos might not be playing, please check. Check your template’s header.php file if it contains wp_head() function call and footer.php should contain wp_footer()!

1) Could you please used our video checker to report your video? Here’s how to use it: https://foliovision.com/player/faq#properties-built-checker-report-playing
2) We will check the rtl language support.
3) Could you please provide a link to your subtitles? I don’t think there should be any problem with that.
4) If the videos play for you, then it’s good, however our checking routing didn’t reported any false positives for a while. Have you tried to follow the recommended steps? We put this in to help users with broken websites fix their JavaScript issues to not break our player.

i did used yor video checker and it give me admin video ok
but still the video working fine then after some minutes player stops to preduce the video and the image of the video stop and froz on the screen

1) Video playback broken – I was not able to reproduce the issue. Does it happen all the time? Does it help if you seek in the video afterwards?
2) If you don’t want the player to appear in RTL mode, add the following into your theme CSS:
.flowplayer {
direction: ltr;
}Does it solve the issue?
3) Subtitles – when I download these and open it in a text editor, I can already see bad encoding. Are you sure the file is alright?

1) Video playback broken – what browser are you using? There could be a bug it its HTML5 video engine.
Does it help if you enable Settings -> FV WordPress Flowplayer -> Sitewide Flowplayer Default -> Prefer Flash player by default? (Make sure you have Adobe Flash installed)
3) Subtitles – when I save your site HTML and open it in a text editor, I can see all the UTF8 characters. When I do that with your SRT, it’s all broken. That’s why I suspect that your web server doesn’t serve it properly with UTF8 in mind.

now when i active Prefer Flash player by default the player work fine on firefox ans the video dosnt stop and dont frez
so why the blayback broken in html5 mode
i use firefox 38.0.1
how can i solve that in firefox with html5 becuse html5 give the video better improving then the flash

i did do everything you said to make the video work fine audio and video
but it dose work fine with flash engine only
but with html5 engine firefox play the video then after some minutes like 5 some times 15 min and it freez the video and continue the audio only or it continue the video without oudio or freez both of them
so now i think i need your pro support becuse i need the player to work on all the browsers with the html5 engine
so if i go for you pro support you do that for me i mean make all the tweaks necessary in my theme or on my host to get it work with html5 engine on all browsers

Were you able to re-create the issue on the page which I linked in my last comment here?
We are working on upgrade to core Flowplayer 6 which should fix the issue according to our testing.
