Hello,
Today I face issue when try to add new vimeo video url. It does not get splash screen nor video title from vimeo and all my video is using the default viemo player instead of FV player. I notice error messages
” FV Player Pro: Your Vimeo access token appears to be invalid, please fix it to ensure your videos keep working: Vimeo key check failed: Unable to complete request.[Failed to connect to api.vimeo.com port 443: Connection timed out] (settings)”
so I generate new vimeo token and use it instead of the old token but that not solve the issue, Also I try to use Refresh Splas screen and Duration buttom but that alslo not respond due to the same error message,
and this is addtional error messages on access token area
Your Vimeo access token appears to be invalid: Vimeo key check failed: Unable to complete request.[Failed to connect to api.vimeo.com port 443: Connection timed out]It’s required for automated video duration, splash screen and name retreival. (last check: Wed, 13 Oct 2021 04:36:11 +0000)

While I’m trying to solve the issue I checked “Force iframe Embedding” option and after I unchecked this option FV player is back to play but still API error appears and the main issue is still

The API errors call for non-existent videos. Please, try to look these up based on the links and delete/swap them for functioning ones.
As for the other issues, we have encountered several issues with Vimeo recently, one of those being issues with splash images. Please, update to the newest version of FV Player Pro (7.5.10.727) and let us know, if it solved the issue.

doesn’t related to issue that prevent me from adding new video from vimeo? What I have to now in my case?!

the “Failed to connect to api.vimeo.com” error suggests that your web server is not able to connect to api.vimeo.com.
Please ask your web server technical support about this. They should be able to check if there is a server-level issue.

The issue is solved. I did not do anything it solved by it self. I just change API token and wait for about 6 hours.
