fv-html5: Video file not found

Hi,
I want to add playlist in my website using Amazon S3 & CloudFrount (RTMP), and I don’t want to video link to be downloadable, the problem when I put url in amazon s3 public the playlist is working but the link is downloadable, but when I put the url private it’s give this error

RTMP Error: [ Server.Reject ] : (_defaultRoot_, _defaultVHost_) : Application (Chapitrea.mp4) is not defined.

Hello hayat,

when there is an issue like this we usually recommend to create a brand new S3 bucket with a brand new CloudFront distribution according to our guide https://foliovision.com/player/video-hosting/serving-private-cloudfront to make sure all the steps were done properly.

Are you sure the “Origin Access Identity” is set properly? Check the guide above to see details about it.

Is there a CloudFront HTTP distribution for the S3 bucket as well? Then it has to play well with the CloudFront RTMP distribution and use the proper Origin Access Identity as well.
