With the player at rest when I click a chapter link, play begins from the chapter which was last played (not the one I just clicked), Is this normal?
If the player is playing when I click a link, it behaves perfectly.
Best wishes,
Andy

Hello Mária,
My computer is an iMac Pro running Ventura 13.0. It happens on Chrome, Safari and Firefox. (All three browsers are the latest versions).
If you go to the page for the first time and click a chapter link, it works, but if you then refresh the page (after playing the video) and click a different chapter, it starts playing where it left-off last time.

Yes, it happens on all videos which have chapters.
Best wishes,
Andy
Hello Andy,
Oh, I see now. Yes, this seems to be a completely normal behavior.
Do you have Settings -> FV Player -> Sitewide FV Player Defaults -> Remember video position enabled?
It seems that on a repeat visit, the remember video position feature is simply overriding the users choice to watch a different chapter. While a rather uncommon issue, I can see how this can prove to be bothersome. I’ll forward this to Martin to see, if there’s an easy fix.
Thanks,
Maria

Hello Andy,
please reinstall FV Player from this link: http://foliovision.com/downloads/fv-wordpress-flowplayer.zip
Then please deactivate and delete the FV Player Pro plugin you are using, then hit “Install Pro extension” at the top of the wp-admin -> FV Player -> Settings screen.
Then switch to the Beta release using the steps from here if you are not already using it: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/switching-fv-player-pro-to-beta
That will give you the FV Player Pro plugin with the fix.
Please let us know if it fixes the issue for you.
Thanks,
Martin
