can't add any videos to my website

I use FV player on wordpress theme Pinboard – it was working perfectly but suddenly I can’t add any more videos – when I click on the FV icon in the wordpress editor I just get a plain white box and a wheel that goes round and round. my website is http://www.olderhoodpremium.com can anyone tell me what to do?

Hello Robin,

are you getting just a blank empty white box or does it pretty much resemble what you see here? https://foliovision.com/2016/12/introducing-new-shortcode-editor

Does it improve if you check “Enable old interface” in Settings -> FV Player -> Post Interface Options?
