Conflict with Appspector Chrome extension

Hey there..

There is a error since last update and I have no idea why it happens.

Inside Console you can read this: Cannot read property ‘engine’ of undefined

This part is meant: || api.engine == “flash”

and It happens here

fv-flowplayer.min.js?ver=2.3.15:693

( It works now excellent with cuepoints. They can set on every post separately inside the Metadatas. In this case it triggers the slider. Thanks to Martin for your help a few weeks ago to show me the right direction : ) … )

I don’t see that error, could you please explain some more about how to get it?

It should not break anything as it’s in an event handler – what malfunction are you noticing? Please let us know.

Hey Martin,

it seems that it only appear with Chrome (I’m on a Mac). Cant’t see it with safari, opera and firefox.

Hello Bruno,

I’m using Chrome 42.0.2311.135 (64-bit) on OS X 10.9.5 and I don’t see the error.

Please check if you are using any Chrome extension. We heard of issues with our player when Ghostery is used to block Google Analytics (if it’s being used). This was used in version 2.3.11.

So it could be something similar. What steps do you have to make to see the issue?
