I can’t get any videos playing with flow player any more.
I’ve tried every video format. I am updating my codes to make sure they are converted properly.

could you please post the shortcode you are using?
As your video checker says, AVI is not a compatible video format. Is that the actual video format, or is that just the extension?
Make sure you tried MP4 format with h264 video stream.
