Audio out of sync

Since I upgraded to the latest version, I am having issue with the audio out of sync. Everything works perfect on version 7.3.19.727 but above that audio issue comes on.

The video I embed are .m3u8

Hello Suprim,

7.3.19 is quite an old version. We released the 7.5. version just a couple of days ago. Were you experiencing this issue in any of the 7.4. versions or is it exclusive to the latest 7.5.?

What codec are you using to encode the videos?

Please, also use our built-in video checker. Does it show any errors?

Hi Maria,

I tried 7.5 got issue then downgraded to 7.4 and still got the issue, 7.3 works fine for me. I don’t make the video, I embed them from other site. for eg this is one of the url https://cdn003.b-cdn.net/UpFiles/2021/7/2/34/193244/720p.m3u8

I was expecting the stream would use separate audio tracks if there is a sync issue.
