Some suggestions about transcript & autoscroll
1) I guess that some upgrade is needed for auto scroll feature. When autoscroll is checked, it is impossible to stroll up or down from current transcript. To get out of focus of current transcript highlighted with gray color autoscroll must be unchecked. I guess that it will be much better if scrolling up or down will not be locked but free and when scrolling is done (when scroll bar is released) the current transcript item will be smoothly in focus again. However, unfortunately not centered in transcript area (box). Please see suggestion number 3.2) A little bit of padding from the edges (top especially) of transcript box to make some space (room) between box and block of text.
3) More about 2). In my opinion current transcript feature may be more comfortable to read (follow) if auto scroll (on) activates when current transcript is in the middle of the text (the middle of transcript area (box)) or little higher than center of the transcript box, but auto scroll activates (except when using rewind or mouse clicks on transcript items) when current transcript is on the first line sticking at top edge of transcript box which makes reading really uncomfortable.
The suggestion is to activate auto scroll before current transcript riches lines at the top, making current transcript always centered. Than will be much comfortable for reading and focusing on centered current transcript item.
It will be ideal if a setting will control the current transcript zone within transcript block. In yellow I’m illustrating approximately an aria of current transcript.

Thanks for these suggestions, you certainly have some good points, especially with the padding of the transcript box and centring the actual line. I’ll certainly pass these suggestions to our programming department.

Hello Clod,
the next release (FV Player Pro 0.8) will improve the scroll positioning a bit.
Unfortunately the new release is late, but you can get it even right now – just deactivate your current running copy of “FV Player Pro” and then delete it. Once that is done head over back to Settings -> FV Player and hit the yellow “Install Pro extension” which will give you the latest version.
