We are working on improving our ads/pop-ups and offer option to use it in the middle of the video as well. You can use our overlay ads to get midroll.

Have a look at how to use Overlay Ads (which are really like pop-up ads for playing videos).Basically you add an action which includes an overlay ad. You can add multiple actions.
