Hi FV support team,
I try connect your website https://foliovision.com/player/video-hosting/youtube-with-fv-player by iphone 7plus ios 12 but i can’t click play video.
It same with my site http://stg.molo.vn/videos/18/62/taset-ting-title, can’t click play video on ios, but i can click it by sony xperia xz (android 8)

I was not able to reproduce the issue on iPad with iOS 12 nor iPhone iOS 11.2.
Are you using FV Player Pro Release or Beta version? Here’s how to check: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/switching-fv-player-pro-to-beta We did some changed regarding YouTube on iOS in FV Player Pro 7.2.2.727.beta.

we just tested the YouTube videos on https://foliovision.com/player/video-hosting/youtube-with-fv-player using iPhone 8+ with iOS 12 and it worked fine for us.
However I can see the issue on http://stg.molo.vn/videos/18/62/taset-ting-title Please try to disable FV Player VAST and see if that fixes the issue.
Since your site is not using WordPress, this can be a bit trickier to troubleshoot.

Yes I can play youtube video now, but i have another issue,
I can play vast before play youtube video without image. it mean only play sound without image

FV Player VAST 7.3.4.727 is out now and it fixes this issue. We haven’t spotted this issue as it only appeared on iPhone and not on iPad. Unfortunately these two devices have to handle things differently, even for the same iOS version.

yes i saw ad on your demo, but I had problem how put 2 more url vast ?, I saw your demo it only put a url vast on params (data-vast) into div. But in my demo, I put url on fv_vast_conf params

it doesn’t matter if the ad in configured for that player only (data-vast) or if it’s global (fv_vast_conf).
Your ad doesn’t play on iPhone because of the reason:
The provided ad type: skippablevideo is not supported.
Unfortunately skippable ads are no permitted on iPhone as on older versions there would be no way of skipping the video ad as it can only play video in the native fullscreen mode.

another site (not wordpress) http://stg.molo.vn/videos/18/74/email-in-real-lifeI am testing them by iphone 7plus (ios12) and iphone 6s (ios 11)
+ wordpress site plays ads both image and sound
+ non wordpress site plays ads with sound but NO IMAGE.can you help why?
