Thumbnails not showing in player

Some of the videos weren’t showing their thumbnail (See Image Attached), so I uploaded a screenshot taken from that video. It seemed to have worked at first, so I changed the thumbnail to the rest of my videos. Now, more videos have lost their thumbnail than what I started with. I have cleared my cache multiple times, and tested in multiple browsers. The thumbnail showed in another player I used to test. Any help would be appreciated!

    P.S. The videos play perfectly.

    Hello Erica,

so the playlist is consisting of YouTube videos? Have you tried to setup the Google API key for YouTube and re-save the post? https://foliovision.com/player/video-hosting/youtube-with-fv-player#Connecting-with-Google

Please also try to save the playlist in a new post and remove your custom splash screens before saving it, just to see if there is any bug when mixing the automated YouTube splash screens with custom ones.

    Thanks,
    Martin

    Hello Martin,
    Thank you for your response.
I am not sharing a playlist. The videos are individual links from Youtube, individually placed on each page. The videos are for an online course that need to be separate, and I don’t want any of the videos shareable, since the course is not free.

    Hello Erica,

I was not able to reproduce the issue.

Could you please post some sample YouTube video on a accessible page and send a link for that page to us? Please also attach the shortcode which you are using.

    Thanks,
    Martin
