Video sound since the beguining, no mute?

Is this regarding autoplay videos or regular ones that need to be turned on manually?

For autoplay videos, the player remembers your preferences. Please, try viewing the video in incognito or guest mode and see, if it plays muted.

As for regular videos, you can set the default audio in FV Player -> Settings -> Sitewide FV Player Defaults -> Default Volume

Could you elaborate a bit please? By controls inside the player, do you mean some sort of an visual element, or are you looking for keyboard shortcuts?
