Hello, I seted up playlist with mute autoplay. But, if user intereact with the player (it ups the volume of a video) then always when charge again the playlist it goes with sound. Should be something about cookies. There’s a way to fix it?

Hello Angel,
This is actually the correct behaviour. The user will see the default audio level with his first play and if he changes the volume, it will store into his browser as a cookie so he will have the same volume on all other videos he will watch on your website.
If the user opens the page in another browser or in incognito/private mode, he will get the default volume again.

please let us know how did you set the video for silent autoplay. The volume setting is stored in browser local storage (similar to cookies). If you use the proper method for muted autoplay it should not matter what the stored volume is.

Hello Martin, the problem was that that cookie stored the volume for the next video. We created a code to not store that cookie and avoid the problem.
