I’d like to setup a custom pop up that shows from start point and if you click it, it brings you to end point, or disappears if end point is past the current timeline. How would i do it?

Within HTML, you can easily make a clickable link. You can generate this link to the exact second where your intro ends via the Video Links feature: https://foliovision.com/player/features/sharing/creating-video-links
So, you can insert a link pointing to an exact point in the video via a custom HTML pop-up.
