Hello,
How can i enter my license key? i know i have to go here
Settings –> FV WordPress Flowplayer and enter the License Key into the “Commercial License Key” field.
but i dont have a “Commercial License Key” field

you should have received an email with login to https://foliovision.com/edit
That’s where you entered your domain and where you get your license key. You need to use that one.

Yes, i have my license key.
but when i go to my WP-admin and Settings –> FV WordPress Flowplayer.
I can’t enter the license key. please look at the image

It looks like you do not have a Pro plugin installed. Please download it and install it:
foliovision.com/edit > login > my products > “extensions: FV Player Pro downloadThen please install the plugin onto your website.
Now you should have an option to insert your license key.

Yes its installed.
is there a way to reset the installation i did uninstall the plugins and reinstall but the same.but on a clean install of wordpress everything works.

if you are not able to open the settings boxes, there has to be some JavaScript error.
I tried a fresh install with no plugins and it works for me. Could you please try the default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen) and see if you still get the issue?

Was the issue related to your theme? When using your theme are you also having issues with Appearance -> Widgets screen (opening of the widget boxes)? In that case we are sorry to see the issues you are having, but I’m not sure how we can fix this in our plugin.
