Hello, I am not sure, if this is a bug, or expected, but when only loading an MP3 file, without any video file, the splash image disappears, once the file starts playing.
I would like the Splash image to remain loaded, instead of switching to a white background.

It should be working that way.

Are you sure it’s not a MP4 file with no video or a HLS stream with no video? FV Player should detect the HLS stream being audio-only and keep showing the splash screen.

Hello Michael,
I see this occurs if the audio file is with the URL token/signature.
Please deactivate and delete the FV Player Pro plugin you are using, then hit “Install Pro extension” at the top of the wp-admin -> FV Player -> Settings screen.
Then switch to the Beta release using the steps from here if you are not already using it: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/switching-fv-player-pro-to-beta
Then it should start working for you and if it does we can make this improvement part of next release.
